Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of vossara.store and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. We have kept them plain.
1. About us
VOSSARA is an independently operated proprietorship, with its principal place of business at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. You can reach us at vossara.store@gmail.com, or contact our Grievance Officer (see clause 17 and the Grievance Redressal page). VOSSARA™ is an unregistered trademark; we claim common-law rights in the brand.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to buy from us.
3. Your account & information
If you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including a correct delivery address and a reachable phone number, and to keep your account details secure.
4. Product information & AI-render disclosure
We describe our kettles as honestly as we can. Product images on this site are AI-assisted renders of the actual product, provided for illustration. They reflect the real product, but minor variation in colour, finish, or shade may occur between the render and the item you receive. Specifications (1.2 L stainless steel; 1.8 L borosilicate glass; 1500 W; cordless; auto power-off) are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
5. Pricing & total price
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown inclusive of applicable charges. GST is not charged — VOSSARA is an unregistered sole proprietor operating below the registration threshold (intra-state), so no GST is applicable and no GSTIN is displayed.
- Your full total — product price is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free.
6. Pricing errors
Despite our care, a genuine technical error may occasionally cause a product to be listed at an incorrect price. If this happens, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order before dispatch and to refund any amount you have paid. We will inform you if this occurs.
7. Order acceptance & cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance — and the contract — takes effect when we dispatch your order. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including suspected fraudulent or unusually large/bulk orders, and will refund any payment for an order we cannot accept.

9. Returns, refunds, replacement & warranty
Our Returns, Refund & Warranty policy — including the 7-day replacement window for delivery problems and the 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects — forms part of these terms.
10. Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, card, and netbanking). We do not store your card details — card data is handled by the payment processor. Prepaid payment qualifies for free shipping.
11. Country of origin
Our products are Made in India. VOSSARA is the marketer and reseller; we are not the manufacturer, and we facilitate the manufacturer's 1-year warranty on your behalf.
12. Intellectual property
The VOSSARA™ brand, name, logo, and the content on this site are owned by VOSSARA (an unregistered trademark of its proprietor) and may not be used without our permission.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. The warranty and remedies described in our Returns & Warranty policy are your exclusive remedies for product defects. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable Indian consumer law that cannot be waived.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify VOSSARA against any loss arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the product.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the remedies available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
16. Grievance redressal
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer details and complaint process are on the Grievance Redressal page and summarised in clause 17.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this site at the time of your order applies to that order. Please review this page periodically.
