Who we are

VOSSARA is an independently operated proprietorship based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, selling electric kettles at vossara.store. For any privacy question, email vossara.store@gmail.com.

What we collect

Order & account data: name, email, phone, shipping address, order history.
Payment data: handled by our payment partner Razorpay — we never see or store your full card/UPI details.
Usage data: IP, browser/device, pages viewed, via cookies and the Meta (Facebook) pixel.
Marketing preferences: only if you opt in (e.g. the waitlist).

Why we use it

To process, fulfil and deliver your order, and provide support — to perform our contract with you.
To prevent fraud and failed/return deliveries, and to meet legal, tax and consumer-law obligations.
To send updates or marketing only with your consent, which you can withdraw anytime.

Who we share it with

Only the partners needed to run the store:

Courier / logistics partners — to deliver your order (name, address, phone).
Razorpay — to process your payment securely.
Meta — the advertising pixel, to measure and improve our ads (with consent).
Shopify — our store platform/host.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We use cookies to run the site, remember your cart, and measure our ads via the Meta pixel. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Only as long as necessary to fulfil your order and meet legal/tax obligations under Indian law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023 you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent for marketing. Email vossara.store@gmail.com and we will act within a reasonable time.
